  • Does Sapienhealth manufacture its own products?
    We work with leading manufacturers that have decades of experience in the nutritional space, proven track record in top quality health products with strict guidelines and testing to ensure that our product is safe and effective.
  • Where is your product made from?
    We take our products seriously. Our vitamins are primarily made in the United States of America (USA), manufactured under stringent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to produce the best quality products.
  • Are there any tests done on your products?
    Each batch of our products is required to undergo testing for identity, purity, strength, and composition, so we can be certain the supplements contain what is stated on the label. Tests are also conducted for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants on each batch, ensuring they are below safety levels as required by regulations. Every batch is accompanied by the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) that shows the test results.
  • What are the storage requirements?
    Store the bottle with cap tightly closed in cool and dry place. Avoid exposure to high temperature and direct sunlight.
  • How long is the shelf life of the products?
    Our products typically have at least three years of shelf life from date of production. We also work our best to ensure our partners that receive our products have at least one year remaining to the date of expiration.
  • Can I choose my date and time of delivery?
    We believe in meeting people at the right time in the right place. Let us know your preferred date and time and we will try our best to meet your schedule.   • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    We would do our best to have your products delivered within 2-4 working days upon submission of order.
  • How does your credit term work?
    We offer credit terms that are reasonable, negotiable and beneficial for all parties. Speak to our sales representative to find out more!
  • What are the available payment methods?
    We want to make this process hassle-free for everyone. We accept all forms of payment methods that are within our means such as cash, cheque, FAST transfer or PayNow.
  • How do I exchange defective goods?
    For our exchange policy, we will only accept defective products in original condition accompanied by the invoice for a one-to-one exchange. Request must be done within 30 days from the date of order. No additional charges will be incurred. Simply call +8902 0418 or email hello@sapienhealthsg.com to inform us of your exchange request by including the 1) Invoice number 2) Number of defective products 3) Condition of products We will get back to you shortly with the arrangement, and exchange will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
